Made-to-Order & Shipping Policy
All items offered on zorvera.fit are made-to-order. This means that once you place an order, your Booty Trainer machine is prepared and processed specifically for you to ensure the best quality and performance.
While a portion of our products is handled through our facilities, we also work with trusted suppliers worldwide to provide reliable manufacturing and fulfillment. We partner only with vendors who meet our strict quality control standards. This sourcing process is the reason delivery times may vary.
Shipping Carriers
USPS, UPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services may be used depending on your location.
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully accepted.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding postal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and selected carrier. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed, and delays once the package is in transit are outside our control.

Order Tracking
After shipment, you will receive email notifications with tracking information. Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels, in which case you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not immediately available, it simply means the carrier has not processed the parcel yet.
If your order exceeds the estimated arrival time, please contact our support team, and we will assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
